Veggie Breakfast Frittata

INGREDIENTS
  • 6-8 EGGS (ENOUGH TO COVER VEGGIES)
  • 1/4 CUP MILK, CREAM, OR NON-DAIRY MILK
  • VEGGIES OF YOUR CHOICE (WE USED ASPARAGUS, SPRING ONIONS, RAINBOW CHARD, AND RAMPS)
  • SALT + PEPPER TO SEASON
INSTRUCTIONS
  • PRE HEAT OVEN 400 DEGREES
  • WHISK THE EGGS WITH MILK + SEASONINGS
  • IN A CAST IRON, SAUTEE VEGGIES USED FOR FRITTATA
  • ONCE VEGGIES ARE COOKED, ADD EGG MIX TO CAST IRON
  • LET THE EGGS START TO SLIGHTY SET (DON’T STIR!)
  • TRASNFER CAST IRON INTO OVEN AND BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE EGGS ARE FULLY SET (THEY WILL START TO PULL AWAY FROM THE SIDES OF THE SKILLET)
  • LET COOL AND ENJOY!
